At Pencil Story, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
